Aris Sanjaya

Aris Sanjaya is a Balinese bartender working to grow Indonesia’s bar industry through sustainability, local talent, and indigenous practice. Drawing from the Balinese philosophy of harmony between nature, people, and culture, he has built a career shaped by collaborations with mixologists Dre Masso and Kamil Foltan, alongside culinary training with Jetro Vincent at Bikini Bali. After honing his craft internationally at Rokafella Bar and leading the beverage program at Syrco BASÉ, Aris now focuses on Islander, a hospitality collective built around locally sourced ingredients and opportunities for the next generation of Indonesian hospitality professionals.

Aris Sanjaya adalah bartender asal Bali yang aktif mendorong perkembangan industri bar di Indonesia melalui pendekatan yang lebih berkelanjutan, pengembangan talenta lokal, dan pengolahan bahan-bahan khas daerah. Terinspirasi dari filosofi Bali tentang keharmonisan antara alam, manusia, dan budaya, ia membangun kariernya lewat berbagai kolaborasi bersama mixologist Dre Masso dan Kamil Foltan, serta pengalaman kuliner bersama Jetro Vincent di Bikini Bali. Setelah bekerja di Rokafella Bar dan memimpin tim beverage di Syrco BASÉ, Aris kini fokus mengembangkan Islander, sebuah kolektif hospitality yang mengangkat bahan-bahan lokal sekaligus membuka peluang bagi generasi baru di industri hospitality Indonesia.
