Arvie Delvo

Arvie Delvo is the Executive Chef at Api Jiwa at Capella Ubud, Bali, bringing a distinctive culinary perspective and international flair to the camp. He has extensive experience in fine dining and upscale establishments across Auckland, New York, Manila, and Dubai, and most recently served as Executive Sous Chef at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi. Chef Arvie’s passion for cooking stems from the joy it brings to others and the opportunity to create memorable experiences through food. He draws inspiration from his childhood summers spent on his grandparents’ farm in the Philippines, as well as from his experience working alongside notable Michelin-starred chefs such as Chef Bjoern Alexandre Panek, Chef Nathan Outlaw, and Chef Ross Shonhan.
