Komang Bebe Sangkarya is a Balinese Q Grader, coffee expert, and founder of Harmonize Coffee Roasters in Bali. His journey began in 2015 in Melbourne, where he immersed himself in the city’s renowned coffee culture and deepened his skills and vision. In 2020, Bebe returned home to Bali with a strong desire to contribute to Indonesia’s coffee scene. In 2021, he established Harmonize Coffee Roasters and became a certified Q Arabica Grader. Alongside running his business, Bebe is also working to revive and manage his grandfather’s coffee farm and processing station, bridging tradition with innovation to improve quality, sustainability, and market access for local producers. Through his work, Bebe aims to create meaningful change in the coffee community, starting at the roots and ending in the cup.
