Bili Wirawan is an Balinese bartender, Founder of Afterthought Bar, and part of the Islanders (Island Bartender Community). With over a decade of experience, he has led prestigious bar programs across the United States and Bali, including Mozaic Restaurant, ranked No. 50 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants and listed among the World’s 1,000 Best Restaurants by La Liste. In 2024, he was recognized as Best Restaurant Mixologist by Les Grandes Tables du Monde. At Afterthought Bar, his first own venue, Bili focuses on showcasing Bali’s local ingredients through modern techniques and a thoughtful approach to sustainability, elevating them into refined contemporary cocktails.

Bili Wirawan adalah bartender asal Bali dan pendiri Afterthought Bar, sekaligus bagian dari komunitas Islanders (Island Bartender Community). Selama lebih dari satu dekade, ia telah berkarya di berbagai bar dan restoran ternama di Amerika Serikat dan Bali, termasuk Mozaic Restaurant yang masuk dalam daftar Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants dan La Liste World’s 1000 Best Restaurants.
