Blake Thornley

Blake Thornley is the chef de cuisine at Mozaic, the iconic French restaurant in Ubud. His culinary journey began at the age of 11 when he started honing his skills in different kitchens. Originally from Christchurch, New Zealand, Blake has gained extensive experience working in kitchens across the globe, including the United States, Australia, Indonesia, and Shanghai, China.
