Edoardo Pellicano

Edoardo Pellicano is a UK-born Michelin-starred chef based in Bali. After working in some of Europe’s top restaurants, he opened Maos in London, where he and his team earned one Michelin Star within just 14 months of opening, alongside recognition from OAD and the National Restaurant Awards. Influenced by his Italian and Chinese Singaporean heritage, his cooking combines European and Southeast Asian techniques, with a strong focus on fermentation, seasonal ingredients, and ancient culinary traditions. His work today is shaped by ongoing research trips across Asia and a close connection to farmers, producers, and sustainable sourcing.

Edoardo Pellicano adalah chef peraih bintang Michelin asal Inggris yang kini tinggal dan berkarya di Bali. Setelah bekerja di berbagai restoran ternama di Eropa, ia membuka Maos di London dan berhasil meraih satu bintang Michelin hanya dalam waktu 14 bulan setelah restoran tersebut dibuka.
