Eka Nando is the Bar Manager of Enclave Ubud. He began his career as a bartender in 2015 and started focusing on mixology in 2017. He has participated in several mixology competitions and gained experience working outside of Bali, including in Gili Trawangan, East Nusa Tenggara, Makassar, Yogyakarta, and Central Java. Eka Nando has a passion for creating unique cocktails using local Indonesian ingredients, particularly spices and fruits, to showcase the diversity of Nusantara’s flavors.
Eka Nando adalah Bar Manager di Enclave Ubud. Ia memulai kariernya sebagai bartender pada tahun 2015 dan mulai fokus pada mixology sejak 2017. Eka telah berpartisipasi dalam berbagai kompetisi mixology dan mendapatkan pengalaman bekerja di luar Bali, termasuk di Gili Trawangan, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Makassar, Yogyakarta, dan Jawa Tengah.
