Jean-Marie Lanio

Jean-Marie Lanio is a French bakery chef from the Loire-Atlantique region and an experienced instructor known for his innovative, award-winning approach to baking. A Master Baker and author of six baking books, he brings over 25 years of experience in professional production and teaching. He holds a Master’s degree from the Institut National de Boulangerie-Pâtisserie (INBP) in Rouen, taught there for three years, and helped establish the Bakery Training Department at the École Hôtelière de Lausanne. A two-time Meilleur Ouvrier de France finalist, he now conducts training worldwide and works as a consultant in Asia. Jean-Marie is known for his signature classics such as kouign-amann, croissants, and refined viennoiseries, now available to experience in Bali.

Ia adalah Master Baker dan penulis enam buku tentang pastry, dengan pengalaman lebih dari 25 tahun di dunia produksi dan pengajaran.
