Trained in Belgian, Mediterranean and French kitchens, he later moved to Southeast Asia, where bold flavours and fire-driven techniques shaped his style. At NARI, his food reflects that journey: simple, expressive and rooted in flame.
Manuel Effendi adalah chef Belgia-Indonesia yang mulai memasak sejak usia 18 tahun, terinspirasi dari budaya warung di Jakarta. Ia pernah belajar di dapur Belgia, Mediterania, dan Prancis, lalu melanjutkan perjalanannya ke Asia Tenggara, di mana cita rasa yang kuat dan teknik memasak dengan api membentuk gaya masaknya.
