Mint Jarukittikun is the Founder of Samrub Samrub Thai, as well as a design researcher, food enthusiast and advocate, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to design, culture and social innovation. With a background in graphic design and a Master’s degree in Innovation Management from Central Saint Martins, London, she bridges creativity, systems thinking and cultural storytelling. She began her career at the Thailand Creative and Design Center (TCDC), now the Creative Economy Agency (CEA), and later joined the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), where she co-created the Thailand Social Innovation Platform. In 2017, she moved into cultural entrepreneurship, co-founding Samrub Samrub Thai with her husband, chef Prin Polsuk, exploring Thai culinary heritage through revived recipes, hyper-seasonal ingredients and a “living school” concept.
