Ray Adriansyah

Ray Adriansyah is the chef of Locavore NXT. Raised in Jakarta by Sumatran parents, and inspired by a mother with excellent cooking skills, Ray developed a deep interest in both traditional and international cuisines. After graduating from culinary school in New Zealand, he worked with Chef Eelke in Jakarta, where they began dreaming of starting a restaurant dedicated to using only local ingredients. They opened Locavore in Ubud, ten years ago and have since created several award-winning restaurant and bar concepts under the Locavore Group.

Ray Adriansyah mengelola dapur di Locavore NXT. Ia tumbuh di Jakarta dengan orangtua dari Sumatra, dan keahlian memasak ibunya menginspirasi kecintaannya terhadap makanan. Berkat pengaruh ibunya, ia menjadi tertarik pada masakan Indonesia maupun internasional. Setelah menyelesaikan sekolah memasak di Selandia Baru, Ray bertemu Chef Eelke saat bekerja di Jakarta. Bersama-sama, mereka berbagi ide menarik: membuka restoran yang hanya menggunakan bahan-bahan lokal. Mimpi ini menjadi kenyataan ketika mereka membuka Locavore di Ubud sepuluh tahun yang lalu. Sejak saat itu, mereka telah berhasil menciptakan banyak restoran dan bar populer sebagai bagian dari Locavore Group mereka.
