Sutedjo Suwadji

Sutedjo Suwadji, known as Chef Sutedjo or Chef Tedjo, is the Co-Owner and Executive Chef of Fas.a.Fas Bakery & Café in Ubud. With over 30 years of experience, he spent 22 years as Production Manager at Bali Bakery before leading large-scale wholesale bakery production for hotels and cafés across Bali. Most recently, he served as Corporate Pastry Chef at the prestigious Santrian Group. Chef Tedjo also serves as an advisor and judge for the Indonesian Chef Association (ICA).

Sutedjo Suwadji, yang dikenal sebagai Chef Sutedjo atau Chef Tedjo, adalah Co-Owner sekaligus Executive Chef di Fas.a.Fas Bakery & Café, Ubud. Ia memiliki lebih dari 30 tahun pengalaman di dunia pastry dan bakery. Selama 22 tahun, ia bekerja sebagai Production Manager di Bali Bakery, sebelum kemudian memimpin produksi bakery skala besar untuk berbagai hotel dan kafe di Bali. Terakhir, ia menjabat sebagai Corporate Pastry Chef di Santrian Group. Selain itu, Chef Tedjo juga aktif sebagai penasihat dan juri di Indonesian Chef Association (ICA).
