Ardika Dwitama Tjandra

Ardika Dwitama Tjandra is the Pastry Chef at August Jakarta. He began his career at the Hilton Hotel Melbourne’s kitchen before discovering his passion for pastry. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Australia, he apprenticed at the renowned Burch and Purchese Sweet Studio in Melbourne. Returning to Indonesia, he joined Chef Will Goldfarb at Room4Dessert in Ubud. In 2015, he launched Oui Dessert, a pop-up bar in Jakarta, focusing on contemporary desserts made from scratch with fresh, seasonal ingredients. In late 2019, he joined August, recently voted Asia’s Best New Restaurant, where he shares Co-Founder Hans Christian’s vision to redefine the modern dining experience in Jakarta.

Ardika Dwitama Tjandra adalah Pastry Chef di August Jakarta. Ia memulai karirnya di dapur Hilton Hotel Melbourne sebelum menemukan kecintaannya pada kue. Setelah lulus dari Le Cordon Bleu College Australia, ia menjalankan magangnya di Burch and Purchese Sweet Studio di Melbourne. Sekembalinya ke Indonesia, ia bergabung dengan Chef Will Goldfarb di Room4Dessert di Ubud.
