Blane Olson holds a BSc. in Marine Fisheries Science and has been engaged in the tuna and seafood processing industry since graduation. He is currently the Managing Director of Anova Technical Services, LLC. Olson has been an outspoken advocate and implementor of sustainable fishing practices in Indonesia and worldwide. Olson and his team manage the Processing and Quality of Anova Food products throughout Asia and are responsible for the first Fair Trade Capture Fishery in the world and the first Marine Stewardship Council certified sustainable hand line tuna, all linked though SAP Blockchain.
