Jane Fischer


Jane Fischer is the Founding Director of Alam Sustainability Consultant and an Advisory Board Member for Material Innovations at Indonesia’s Waste Platform (IWP). Jane is also a Board member of the Bali Restaurant and Cafe Association (BRCA), where she guides restaurant members to become sustainability models and leaders in Bali’s F&B sector. She also serves as the Environmental Coordinator for the Bali Waste Platform and is a Core Member of Break Free From Plastic. Jane actively participates in think tanks and coalitions aimed at assisting Indonesia in achieving its policy goals to reduce plastic leakage into the ocean, beginning upstream with education and promotion of alternative systems and material innovations. She represented IWP as an Expert Panel member of the Indonesia National Plastic Action Partnership (NPAP) and is an active member of NPAP Task Forces.

Jane Fischer adalah Direktur Pendiri Alam Sustainability Consultants dan Anggota Dewan Penasihat untuk Inovasi Material di Indonesian Waste Platform (IWP). Ia juga merupakan Anggota Dewan dari Bali Restaurant and Cafe Association (BRCA), di mana ia berperan membimbing restoran anggota BRCA menjadi model keberlanjutan di sektor F&B di Bali. Di samping itu, ia juga menjabat sebagai Koordinator Lingkungan untuk Bali Waste Platform dan merupakan Anggota Inti dari Break Free From Plastic. Jane aktif berpartisipasi dalam lembaga think tank dan koalisi yang bertujuan membantu Indonesia mencapai tujuan kebijakannya untuk mengurangi kebocoran plastik ke laut, dimulai dari hulu dengan pendidikan dan promosi sistem alternatif dan inovasi material. Ia mewakili IWP sebagai Anggota Panel Pakar di Indonesia National Plastic Action Partnership (NPAP) dan merupakan anggota aktif dari Satuan Tugas NPAP.
