From the shores of Sri Lanka to the open kitchen of Nari, Gini Outdoor Kitchen’s Shanil Dayawansa and Surith Adhihetty join forces with Nari chef Manuel Effendi for one of the festival’s most exciting fire-led collaborations. With sweeping views over Ubud’s sacred Gunung Lebah temple, the glow of the grill meets contemporary dining, setting the stage for bold, flame-driven cooking. Drawing on the kitchens of Colombo and Sri Lanka’s southern coast, the menu unfolds with heat, spice and depth. Expect wood-fired flatbread with babaganoush and curry leaf oil, fresh fish crudo with tomato and tamarind, charcoal chicken with chilli crunch and salsa verde, smoky mushrooms and burnt leeks with whipped cashew and crisp banana blossom. Finish with luscious chocolate mousse topped with torched marshmallow, celebrating this four-course feast of fire, spice and island romance.
Price includes a four-course family-style dinner and two snacks, with two seating slots from 18:00–20:00 and 20:00–22:00.
This amount is subject to a 16,5% tax, as well as a 4% Chope booking fee.
