Ragil Imam Wibowo

Ragil Imam Wibowo is an award-winning Indonesian chef known for his dedication to preserving and modernising Nusantara cuisine. With a deep passion for local ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, he actively promotes sustainable food systems. As a culinary advocate, he collaborates with communities, farmers, and government institutions to strengthen food security and environmentally friendly agricultural practices. He is also involved in initiatives that connect Indonesia’s culinary heritage with global sustainability goals, and currently serves as Chairman of the Indonesian Culinary Committee, bringing together organisations and stakeholders to drive policies and innovation across the national gastronomy ecosystem.

Ragil Imam Wibowo adalah chef asal Indonesia yang dikenal lewat upayanya melestarikan sekaligus mengembangkan kuliner Nusantara. Dalam karyanya, ia banyak mengangkat bahan pangan lokal dan teknik memasak tradisional, serta aktif mengajak masyarakat untuk mendukung cara produksi dan konsumsi pangan yang lebih berkelanjutan. Sebagai pegiat kuliner, Ragil banyak bekerja sama dengan komunitas, petani, dan lembaga pemerintah untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan dan pertanian yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Ia juga terlibat dalam berbagai program yang menghubungkan kekayaan kuliner Indonesia dengan isu lingkungan dan keberlanjutan. Saat ini, Ragil menjabat sebagai Ketua Indonesian Culinary Committee dan aktif mempertemukan berbagai organisasi serta pelaku kuliner untuk mendorong kolaborasi dan inovasi di dunia gastronomi Indonesia.
