Yudha brings a grounded, expressive approach to meimei, where fire-led cooking meets the warmth and soul of South East Asian flavours. As part of a new wave of chefs redefining Bali’s dining landscape, he channels meimei’s spirit: honest, generous, and quietly refined, creating dishes that feel both familiar and deeply considered.
