Leon Tan is the Co-Owner and Creative Director of Laut, with more than a decade of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, having led establishments that are consistently featured in the World’s and Asia’s 50 Best, such as Nutmeg & Clove and Native Singapore, before opening Laut as Creative Director. A regular collaborator with the Singapore Tourism Board, Leon also represents Singapore by showcasing its local culture through food and beverage on an international stage. Leon is a firm believer that cocktail bars are the last bastion for human interaction, a place to enjoy conversation, share experiences, and make new friends.
