Every recipe is a story waiting to be told. In this panel, Indonesian star chef and writer Petty Pandean-Elliott joins Australian pastry celebrated Gareth Whitton to dig into what it really means to write about food, how a recipe becomes a memory, and how culinary stories travel across cultures and generations. From authorship to preservation to reinterpretation, they explore the quiet but powerful role that writing plays in shaping how we understand and remember what we eat.
