This immersive French Classic Master Class invites you to discover refined appetizers and desserts, thoughtfully created using the finest local ingredients sourced from our dedicated farmers and fishermen, the true guardians of land and sea. Each preparation highlights freshness, sustainability, and the elegance of French technique, brought to life through an intimate, hands on experience surrounded by nature. The journey continues into the evening with the enchanting sounds of live music during Kokokan Apéritif and Sunset Melody, offering a seamless transition into a memorable sunset dining experience.

Pengalaman dimulai di Permaculture Garden, tempat para peserta diajak mengenal bahan-bahan langsung dari sumbernya. Dipandu oleh Chef Victorien Bayet dan Dwi Kurniawan, masterclass ini menghadirkan perpaduan teknik kuliner Prancis dan hasil bumi lokal pilihan. Dalam sesi praktik langsung, peserta akan membuat hidangan pembuka dan pencuci mulut dengan fokus pada kesegaran bahan, cita rasa musiman, dan keseimbangan rasa, bersama dukungan para petani dan nelayan lokal.
