Two chefs, one continent, a thousand years of culinary history. At this Chef’s Table session, Abel Ortiz, founder of the Chullschick Group and the man who has been bringing Peru’s vibrant food culture to Hong Kong since 2014, takes the pass alongside Cristian Encina, Chilean chef and founder of PICA South American Kitchen in Ubud. Guests watch up close as the two trace the depth and diversity of South America on a single menu: Abel’s Quinua Drink and Chullschick Ceviche, bright, precise, and rooted in Andean tradition, meeting Cristian’s Fish Escabeche Causa, layered and bold. Ceviche brilliance, Andean tubers, Amazonian depth. Peru’s biodiversity on a plate, plated live, served with the story behind it. Two hours, two chefs, no shortcuts.

Di sesi Chef’s Table ini, dua chef asal Amerika Selatan akan menghadirkan hidangan yang terinspirasi dari kekayaan rasa dan budaya kuliner kawasan tersebut. Abel Ortiz, pendiri Chullschick Group yang sejak 2014 memperkenalkan kuliner Peru di Hong Kong, akan tampil bersama Cristian Encina, chef asal Chile sekaligus pendiri PICA South American Kitchen di Ubud. Para tamu dapat menyaksikan langsung bagaimana keduanya menghadirkan perjalanan rasa melalui rangkaian hidangan yang terinspirasi dari berbagai tradisi kuliner Amerika Selatan. Abel akan menyajikan Quinua Drink dan Chullschick Ceviche, hidangan segar yang terinspirasi dari tradisi kuliner Andes. Sementara itu, Cristian menghadirkan Fish Escabeche Causa dengan perpaduan rasa yang berani dan penuh karakter. Melalui ceviche, bahan-bahan khas pegunungan Andes, dan berbagai cita rasa khas Amerika Selatan, sesi ini menghadirkan pengalaman bersantap yang tidak hanya lezat, tetapi juga penuh cerita tentang budaya dan tradisi di balik setiap hidangan. Selama dua jam, para tamu akan menikmati sajian yang dipresentasikan langsung oleh kedua chef sambil menyaksikan proses penyajiannya dari dekat.
