With a career spanning top kitchens in Toronto, Melbourne, Montreal, and Manila, he trained at George Brown Culinary Academy and refined his craft at renowned establishments including Hilton Suites, Oro, Valdez, Cluny Bistro, and Dos Mestizos, bringing bold, globally inspired flavours to every plate. From high-profile pop-ups and restaurant takeovers to major events such as the Cebu and Davao Food & Wine Festivals, and as founder of the Siargao Food and Wine Festival, Andre continues to shape the evolving food scene. A chef, leader, and creative visionary, he pushes boundaries while championing local ingredients, sustainability, and the next generation of young chefs.
