Gerry Nainggolan

Gerry Nainggolan is Executive Chef at CasCades Restaurant & Bar at Viceroy Bali, with over 15 years of experience across luxury hospitality in Indonesia, the Middle East, and the Maldives. He is known for a bold, fire-driven style of cooking, paired with refined comfort flavours, bringing together modern technique with soulful Indonesian inspiration. Before joining Viceroy Bali, he was Executive Chef at NIHI Sumba, where he led multiple restaurant operations at one of the world’s most celebrated resorts. His career also includes senior roles at Atlantis The Palm Dubai, Shangri-La Maldives, One&Only Reethi Rah, Ayada Maldives, and Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa Kuwait.
