Kadek Budiantara

Kadek Budiantara is Head Chef at Yuki Canggu and Uluwatu, with over 15 years of experience in the kitchen. Originally from Karangasem in East Bali, his culinary path has been shaped by a deep focus on Japanese cuisine. He trained under Chef Tadashi Inose at Sakenohanna in Omnia, Uluwatu, and went on to work at Toro Sushi in Ubud as well as the Pullman Hotel. Today, Kadek brings together tradition and a modern edge in his cooking, with a style rooted in precision, balance, and respect for ingredients.

Kadek Budiantara adalah Head Chef di Yuki Canggu dan Uluwatu, dengan pengalaman lebih dari 15 tahun di dapur. Ia berasal dari Karangasem, Bali Timur. Perjalanan kulinernya banyak belajar dari masakan Jepang. Ia pernah belajar langsung dari Chef Tadashi Inose di Sakenohanna di Omnia, Uluwatu. Setelah itu, ia bekerja di Toro Sushi di Ubud serta di Pullman Hotel. Saat ini, Kadek memadukan tradisi dengan sentuhan modern dalam masakannya, dengan gaya yang mengutamakan presisi, seimbang, dan mengutamakan bahan-bahan berkualitas.
