Sutamara Lasurdi Noor is an Indonesian public health nutrition specialist, researcher, and Project Coordinator at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), as well as a member of Food Culture Alliance Indonesia. His work focuses on sustainable food systems, nutrition, and systems thinking, with experience spanning national policy, research, and community engagement. Through FCA Indonesia, he explores how culture shapes food choices, from research on film and comedy’s influence on eating habits to nutrition studies and urban food heritage initiatives. His work brings together policy, knowledge, and culture to support long-term food systems transformation in Indonesia.
