He’s joined by Maxine Chene, the inimitable French pastry chef behind Bali’s beloved 7am Bakery, Dewi and Tami, emerging stars from the Room4Dessert team, and Chef Sutedjo of Fas.a.Fas fame. Together, they bring their unique magic to one long, riotous table. Sweet, savory, surprising—this is afternoon tea turned on its top-hat head. Flaky, buttery, impossibly indulgent, every bite defies tradition.
