A food culture is disappearing. Who’s fighting to save it? Sujoy Chatterjee and Sarah Gekeler co-founded Amar Khamar to do exactly that, an organisation dedicated to preserving India’s agricultural and culinary heritage, one heirloom grain at a time. Moderated by Rini Chatterjee, they bring the story of dadkhani and dudhersar to Ubud, of recipes carried in memory rather than written down, of a food culture that demands more than nostalgia. It demands action.

Sebagian tradisi pangan perlahan mulai hilang.
