Benny Huang

Benny Huang is the Founder of Tempeman, Lalagi Crispy Tempe Chips and the Tempego Experience, a progressive Bali-based food-tech company established in 2016 that works to empower non-genetically modified soya farmers across Java and Bali. Growing up with tempe goreng as a simple home-cooked favourite, he later set out to bring tempe to a global audience through innovations such as soy-free tempe, chocolate tempe and protein tempe chips, with the vision of making this Indonesian superfood widely known and enjoyed internationally.

Benny Huang adalah founder Tempeman, Lalagi Crispy Tempe Chips, dan Tempego Experience, perusahaan food-tech berbasis di Bali yang berdiri sejak 2016 dan bekerja bersama petani kedelai non-GMO di Jawa dan Bali. Berawal dari kecintaannya pada tempe goreng sebagai makanan rumahan yang sederhana dan akrab sehari-hari, Benny kemudian mulai menghadirkan berbagai inovasi berbahan tempe, mulai dari tempe tanpa kedelai, cokelat tempe, hingga keripik tempe tinggi protein. Lewat berbagai produknya, ia ingin membawa tempe ke lebih banyak orang dan memperkenalkan tempe sebagai salah satu pangan khas Indonesia yang bisa dinikmati di berbagai belahan dunia.
