Theodora Poeradisastra

Theodora Hurustiati Poeradisastra is an Indonesian-born chef with Italian training, a freelance food writer, culinary consultant, and the Founder of Pura Cucina Studio. Her focus is on bespoke culinary consultancy and creating tailored concepts and menus for diverse realities in the F&B industry. She is among the few Indonesian female chefs leading in the often male-dominated culinary scenes. After almost a decade as a chef instructor in Italy, she returned to Indonesia, and headed a 5-star resort’s kitchen in Ubud before starting her entrepreneurship project.

Theodora Hurustiati Poeradisastra adalah chef asal Indonesia yang menempuh pelatihan di Italia. Ia juga merupakan penulis makanan lepas, konsultan kuliner, dan Pendiri Pura Cucina Studio. Fokusnya terletak pada konsultasi kuliner khusus, menciptakan konsep dan menu yang disesuaikan dengan beragam realitas di industri F&B. Ia adalah salah satu dari sedikit chef perempuan Indonesia yang memimpin dalam dunia kuliner yang seringkali didominasi laki-laki. Setelah hampir satu dekade menjadi instruktur chef di Italia, ia kembali ke Indonesia dan mengepalai dapur resor bintang 5 di Ubud sebelum memulai proyek kewirausahaannya.
