Come ready to reflect, taste, and discover cheese as something far richer than what’s on the plate.

Apa yang bisa diceritakan keju tentang dunia? Lewat sesi ini, para ahli kuliner akan mengajak peserta melihat bagaimana keju bisa menjadi penghubung berbagai budaya di banyak negara. Pembahasannya diambil dari sebuah buku yang memuat cerita dan sudut pandang dari 45 negara, lalu dipadukan dengan riset kuliner Indonesia serta pembuatan keju artisan di Bali. Peserta juga diajak untuk mencicipi dan mengenal keju lebih dekat, bukan hanya sebagai makanan, tetapi juga sebagai bagian dari budaya dan kehidupan sehari-hari.
