Five Indonesian chefs join forces in the Nusantara kitchen to present an ethno-culinary portrait of the archipelago inspired by food from their hometowns. Freddie Salim from Silk Bistro, Ryan Thejasukmana from Lulu Bistro, culinary adventurer Archie Prameswara will join Lisa from Locavore NXT, and Nusantara’s own chef Putu, all cooking up their own snacks, small plates, and main dishes inspired from their culinary heritage.

Bookings are subject to a tax of 10% to 21% and include a 3.2% platform fee per booking.

Lima chef Indonesia berkolaborasi di dapur Nusantara, menghadirkan potret etno-kuliner Indonesia yang terinspirasi dari kuliner kampung halaman mereka. Freddie Salim dari Silk Bistro, Ryan Thejasukmana dari Lulu Bistro, petualang kuliner Archie Prameswara akan bergabung dengan Lisa dari Locavore NXT, dan chef Nusantara, Putu, masing-masing akan memasak makanan ringan, sajian piring kecil, dan hidangan utama dari warisan kuliner mereka.

Pemesanan akan dikenakan pajak sebesar 10% hingga 21% dan sudah termasuk biaya platform sebesar 3,2% per pemesanan.
