Five Indonesian chefs join forces in the Nusantara kitchen to present an ethno-culinary portrait of the archipelago inspired by food from their hometowns. Freddie Salim from Silk Bistro, Ryan Thejasukmana from Lulu Bistro, culinary adventurer Archie Prameswara will join Lisa from Locavore NXT, and Nusantara’s own chef Putu, all cooking up their own snacks, small plates, and main dishes inspired from their culinary heritage.
Bookings are subject to tax and service charges from 10% to 26% and includes a 3.2% platform fee per booking. (Please note these charges differ across venues).
