Ryan Thejasukmana

Ryan Thejasukmana is an Indonesian chef originally from Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. He gained experience working at Bridegroom & Bennelong Restaurant in Sydney, Australia, under the guidance of the inspirational chef Peter Gilmore. Ryan’s culinary passion lies in fish and seafood. Upon returning to Indonesia, he joined the Bikini Restaurant Bali. Around the same time, he established two small companies, Empak Locale & Arang Kita, dedicated to sourcing the best Indonesian produce from the ocean and providing premium quality charcoal. Currently, he serves as the Culinary Leader of Bartolo and Lulu Bistrot.

Ryan Thejasukmana adalah seorang chef Indonesia asli Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Ia menimba pengalaman dengan bekerja di restoran Bridegroom & Bennelong di Sydney, Australia, di bawah bimbingan chef inspiratif Peter Gilmore. Minat kuliner utama Ryan adalah ikan dan makanan laut. Sekembalinya ia di Indonesia, ia bergabung dengan Bikini Restaurant Bali. Di waktu bersamaan ia meluncurkan dua perusahaan, Empak Locale & Arang Kita, dikhususkan untuk menyalurkan bahan Indonesia terbaik dari lautan dan menyediakan arang mutu premium. Kini, ia menjabat sebagai Kepala Kuliner untuk Bartolo dan Lulu Bistrot.
