Duhitta Hayyuardhini

Duhitta Hayyuardhini (called Dhini) is the Program Manager and Co-Founder of Ragam Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Bali. With over five years of experience working for local and international NGOs, Dhini’s expertise lies in community outreach and program/event management related to food, water, sanitation, and hygiene. Her passion for social work began after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology, where field trips during her studies gave her a deep understanding of different cultures and community challenges. At the 2024 Festival, Dhini will be talking about food waste and Bali’s landfills, and how restaurants can help regenerate soil and repurpose surplus food for nutritious meals.

Duhitta Hayyuardhini (Dhini) adalah Manajer Program & Pendiri Yayasan Ragam Kemanusian Indonesia, sebuah organisasi nirlaba yang berbasis di Bali. Dengan lebih dari lima tahun pengalaman bekerja di lembaga swadaya masyarakat lokal dan internasional, keahlian Dini terletak pada penjangkauan komunitas dan manajemen program/acara terkait makanan, air, sanitasi, dan kebersihan. Kecintaannya terhadap pekerjaan sosial bermula setelah ia mendapatkan gelar Sarjana Antropologi, di mana kunjungan lapangan memberikannya pemahaman mendalam tentang beragam budaya dan tantangan komunitas. Di festival tahun ini, Dhini akan berbicara tentang sampah makanan dan tempat pembuangan sampah di Bali, serta bagaimana restoran dapat membantu regenerasi tanah dan memanfaatkan kelebihan makanan untuk membuat makanan bergizi.
