Min Siah

Min Siah is a Malaysian-born Australian entrepreneur and mentor to women in small business. She has been in the service industry for almost 30 years, working for world-leading media companies and advertising brands. She founded the well-known Starter Lab bakery in Bali and Singapore, as well as Wheatfields Bakery in Bali. Min serves as Vice President on the board of the Bali Restaurant and Cafe Association (BRCA) and consults for Zero Foodprint Asia, a fund dedicated to working with the F&B industry and farmers to support their transition into soil regeneration for cleaner, greener food systems and ecosystems. She is passionate about incorporating sustainability into problem-solving and decision-making.

Min Siah adalah pengusaha Australia kelahiran Malaysia yang menjadi mentor bagi perempuan pelaku usaha kecil. Ia telah berkecimpung di industri jasa selama hampir 30 tahun, bekerja untuk perusahaan media dan periklanan terkemuka dunia. Ia mendirikan Starter Lab Bakery yang terkenal di Bali dan Singapura, serta Wheatfields Bakery di Bali. Min menjabat sebagai Wakil Presiden Bali Restaurant and Cafe Association (BRCA) dan merupakan konsultan untuk Zero Foodprint Asia, sebuah dana yang didedikasikan untuk menjalin bekerja sama dengan industri makanan dan minuman serta petani guna mendukung transisi menuju regenerasi tanah dalam rangka menciptakan sistem dan ekosistem pangan yang lebih bersih dan ramah lingkungan.
